FREE BABY AND TODDLER SWIMMING LESSONS
Kirkcudbright Swimming Pool is running a Baby and Pre-school Instructor Course.
The course is part theory and part practical. We need babies and toddlers for the classes which will be taught by trainee teachers and supervised at all times by qualified instructors.
Class dates and times are:
Friday 04th October
10.30 to 11am Toddlers 18 months to 3 years
2pm to 2.30pm Babies 3 to 18 months
2.30pm to 3pm Toddlers 18 months to 3 years
3pm to 3.30pm Toddlers 3 to 4 years
Saturday 05th October
2pm to 2.30pm Babies 3 to 18 months
2.30pm to 3pm Toddlers 18 months to 3 years
3pm to 3.30pm Toddlers 3 to 4 years
Sunday 06th October
2pm to 2.30pm Babies 3 to 18 months

STA Baby and Pre-School Instructor Course
We are running a STA Baby and Pre-School Instructor Course at the swimming pool in September and October.
Dates and times:
THEORY
Wednesday 25th September 6.30pm to 9pm via Zoom
PRACTICAL
(all practical sessions are at Kirkcudbright Swimming Pool)
Friday 04th October 9am to 5pm
Saturday 05th October 8am to 4pm
Sunday 06th October 8am to 4pm
PRICE
The course costs £350 per person
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Hold current membership of STA
• Hold the STA Safeguarding Children, Young People and Vulnerable Adults certificate or acceptable equivalent (must have been completed within the last 3 years).
Learners must have all pre-requisites in place before the start of the course.
Qualification certificates cannot be issued if all pre-requisites are not met before the start of the course, post course submissions will not be accepted.
